OVERVIEW: MLN Advertising is developing an ad platform (MediaGlu) for trafficking, managing, buying and reporting on online advertising campaigns across all channels including Search, Display and Social. The digital advertising space is a rapidly growing sector, US spend alone increasing over 23% to $32B in 2011, according to emarketer, an internet marketing research and statistics company. Our market size could be $200 -400MM. Currently there is no ad platform that provides cross channel attribution across online and offline channels. Our leadership team (former employees) is very experienced in advertising operations and technology. We have 28-30 advertisers using our ad platform . So far delivered 70MM Display impressions, tagged 35-40 million user profiles and gross ad spend for 2011 is $13.5 MM.
