Pitch:
OVERVIEW: Modria builds online dispute resolution systems. Companies use our software to resolve customer issues quickly and fairly, which saves support costs and improves customer loyalty and sales. We estimate the resolutions worldwide total addressable market to be $~7B by 2015. More broadly, in phase two we aim to target the global legal services market, sized by Datamonitor at $445b in 2010. Our platform is finished and live since 2008. We are a spin-off of eBay/PayPal. We already have customers, and we are the only providers who have scaled an ODR solution into millions of cases. We have patents pending for our solutions. We launched April 1. Our current customers are eBay, PayPal, Marktplaatz, SiteJabber, Consumer Protection British Columbia, the BC Attorney General's office, and TRUSTe. Our new platform is launching 9/1 and we're in discussions with TripAdvisor.Community:
