I have met with / pitched them a few times and consider them both to be friends. Even if they don't get the space you are in or have reservations, they will treat you with respect and offer recommendations to other folks who might be a better fit. Thumbs up for both of them.

Mark and Bryce are both really easy to work with, provide great feedback and have a good sense for early stage, digital media companies.
They are also looking for early stage deals (and mean it!) - so they're actually in the relatively small club of value add, institutional VCs who are genuinely interested in early stage digital media companies.
Add them to your target list if that's your company.

Bryce & Mark are good guys, and generally pretty easy to talk to. That said, it helps a lot to have a positive reference from someone technical inside O'Reilly first before you go pitch OATV. (note: probably not Tim tho, unless you know you'll get a positive reaction... start with someone lower down the ranks)
