PUBLIC:

Mercato was our first VC pitch. We ended up closing a 6 mil Series A with two other firms. They're a great firm. Alan Hall, the managing partner, was our original angel investor. He has been on our board for years. We didn't close the deal with Mercato, but I still recommend them. They've been very successful in their first fund with companies like Fusion-io and SkullCandy.
