Polite and Professional

Fund: Investor Growth Capital AB

Posted by Anonymous on 2008-02-22

PUBLIC:

Had several dealings both on the telephone and face to face with IGC. They are always polite and get back when they say they will. They took time to really understand our offering and drafted in appropriate expertise as required. We didn't get the money, but would return again.

Unprofessional

Fund: Investor Growth Capital AB

Posted by Anonymous on 2008-01-25

PUBLIC:

They think they are smarter than you. The senior partner is not present, but ask the questions through the principals. So communication becomes poor. Do not let them talk to your references before they state they want to do the deal.

Large but Inexperienced in the Us

Fund: Investor Growth Capital AB

Posted by rflair on 2007-07-17

PUBLIC:

Good European track record but fairly new to the US market. Especially weak in the internet marketing/Web2.0 area. They seem to understand large industrial type deals better and prefer recaps to growth stage investing.
