FIRM OVERVIEW: Medium Private VC founded in 2006 based out of Cambridge, UK (Europe)

FIRM DESCRIPTION: We invest in exceptional seed, early stage and developing high-tech businesses in the UK, with the focus on Information and Comminication Technologies (software, mobility, internet). We do not invest in capital intensive propositions (requiring over $30m to break-even) or companies which are more than 2 years away from revenues. Typically we invest between $0.5 million to $3 million in the first round of investment and follow on funding can bring the total invested to $5-6 million in total. For the first round, we always partner with expert angel investors who commit their exceptional experience, time and money to the investee companies alongside the Fund.
