My experience with Harbourvest is extremely positive. Rob Wadsworth is a very supportive and competetent investor that properly balanced his role in supporting the company and managing the investment. They expect the management team to perform and will not micro-manage the daily operations. They are very ethical and supportive through good and bad times. It seems that the fund is doing less direct investments but if you get these guys behind you they are great!
