I wouldn't recommend this Fund to be involved in a technology company. They have very limited competence within their team and a weak network. As such they bring little value other than cash. It's also hard to understand who you are negotiating with as you near the closing of a deal. They change major elements of the terms at the final second with no prior indication that there may be issues.PRIVATE: Members Only (830 Characters)

I pitched to Cross Atlantic when raising my latest round and they expressed their interest in the company. This was proven as they made a quick decision and then conducted well thought-out due diligence and ultimately submitted a term sheet that really worked for each of our companies. That term sheet was agreed upon by Cross Atlantic and my firm, and was the one set of terms upon which the investment was ultimately made.
Once they invested in my company, I found the members of their team to be the most valuable outside source of expertise we had in our growth process and it was definitely one of the integral factors that helped my company grow and ultimately achieve immense success. I would recommend that one seek out Cross Atlantic Capital Partners first, because they have the most experienced, insightful, and helpful team I have encountered with any VC.PRIVATE: Members Only

I have been speaking with Richard Fox for over a year as he followed the progress of my company. He is a real class act - something rare among VCs. He has freely offered advice and encouragement, asked smart questions, and challenged our company in ways that made us think and act to our benefit.PRIVATE: Members Only
