Some partners show up late for meetings, play on their blackberry. Others are more attentive and provide honest feedback but the antiquated post earlier does seem correct.

Some funds know their comfort zone and will not step out of it so it's just a matter of what their IRR for investors is. If they are delivering to LPs, then no need to change.
