I havent closed a deal with any other funds, so comparison is difficult, but genereally speaking i have been very satisfied for the following reasons:

- i have a very good relationship with our contact at seed
- they are demanding, but also forgiving when i take a chance and F*uck up
- they find qualified members for the board
- we almost never disagree, and when we do they have good reasons

many first time entrepreneurs i meet are scared to get capital as they feel they loose influence, but i feel i have secured a very bright partner.
