Closed our Series B with Spencer Tall and Bob Ackerman. Excellent experience. Pitch and DD was thorough and fair. Terms, even in this market, were extremely reasonable. Focus on the business and how to set it up for success. Came to our first board meeting with immediate and concrete valid add--contacts, business advice, and strategic thinking. Easy to work with, GREAT listeners, and extremely supportive. I couldn't give them a higher rating.

We had several other term sheets and are glad we chose Allegis.
