We are working with Bart who went to MIT and understands the reality of running a tech business and addressing the real market. They also appreciate the value of the team which is grossly underrated by others.

It takes a long time but we are negotiating term sheet. We've agreed on many essential points like board composition and are close on valuation. The idea is how to make the company worth more long term for the ROI at exit.
