Nice Guys with Integrity

I met Skip with a previous company and have developed a good relationship with him. He's someone that I actively would like involved in my business, he doesn't get pushed around (thinks independently) and operates with integrity and transparency, which is a real luxury. I do believe the fund takes a long time to close on a deal and they are more concerned about the 1) the people, and 2) the technology defensibility, so make sure you have both fronts covered.
