TheFunded.com has compiled Member advice and discussions on how to write a venture firm review. There are six major themes:

  • Review both Bad and Good Pitch Experiences
  • Describe any Value Add of the VCs on Your Board
  • Help Entrepreneurs Avoid Wasting Time with Advice or Tactics
  • Do not "Shill" for VCs that Request a Review
  • Point Out Incidents where Confidential Information was Distributed
