Fund: Ridgewood Capital Management

PUBLIC:

Ridgewood funded the A round of a prior company in 1999. Ridgewood stuck with us during downturn and was instrumental in encouraging new money to come into subsequent rounds. Ridgewood supported our sales efforts to some very large customers who needed assurances from our venture backers. During M&A, Ridgewood was excellent in helping us to model different deal terms and maximize value.

Agree with previous posts that decisions are made in NY.
