Bad Partner

PUBLIC:

Hercules is not a good partner to have at the table when things get tough. I saw them intentionally force a company into a bad sale against the board by going public on thier desire to sell the company.

Of course it is thier right to put thier debt interest ahead of the preferred and the team....but if they do so, they need to be willing to accept the public knowledge that they did so.
