After founding Bag Borrow, or Steal, the challenge for us was not so much in getting capitalization, but rather finding the right capital partner. With Impact Venture Partners, led by Adam Dell, we not only found the right partner for our business, but more importantly a capital partner that shared our corporate vision. The added credibility that Impact brought to the table was instrumental in attracting top tier management. A team that we would have otherwise never been able to attract as a capitalized start up alone. Impact remains a critical part of perpetuating our business model, as the company continues to evolve. I would not only recommend them, but would look forward to working with them again if the opportunity presented itself.
