Larry is a great board member to have. He provides the kind of balance board discussions need when there are differing opinions around the table. He moves the conversation forward and helps drive discussion to get to decisions that need to be made. Larry is the kind of board member that speaks when he has something to say. When he does it is thoughtful, direct, and with respect. He understands the daily issues and pressures of running and early stage company, and often has provided opinions that have led me through some tough spots.
